Taken quite some time.. Celebrating Jun's Wedding! Being together for 7 years since sec 3, they finally tied the knot on 2nd June 2008. Happy Wedding! Wish 2 of u xin fu mei man!

my grandma passed away...

My beloved grandma passed away on 28th June 2008. She left behind her 4 sons,2 daughters,1 god daughter and 12 grandchildren. She was 73 when she departed the world. She will be a great-grandma in 1 month's time but she couldnt wait till then...

My grandma was suffering from liver cancer for 4 years. Her condition worsen this year. Her cancer cells spread to her bone, her brain. she lost her appetite. She lost weight. She couldnt walk because she had no strength. She was bed-ridden. She was sad. A week before she passed away, she ask " Why is this happening to her?"

On 28th June, my aunt called at 8am. She said "Ah ma kuai yao bu xing le." I panicked. I cried. I brushed my teeth quickly. I was out in 5mins. I dint know why I was able to do so fast as I usually take at least 30mins to be ready.My mom, my brother & me rushed down to Bishan to see her. But, we were too late. When we saw the cold body of hers, i broke into tears. My ah-ma was a sociable person. She loves to chat. But, what was in front of me was her body. She could no longer talk to me again. She could no longer nag at me again. She's gone...

The 5 days funeral was at my block void deck. It hurts esp on the last day. The route to Choa Chu Kang Cemetary seem so difficult. We cried as we walked a distance out from my place. She has left us.

Ah Ma, rest in peace. Thanks for taking good care of us. Your love & care will always be remembered deep in my heart. I love you.

had lots of nice food over the long weekend.

friday dinner with cong's relatives at Ah Yat Seafood Restaurant. super good food with about 10 dishes. Yummy.

Sat after facial for Candice, headed to Bugis Junction with Cong for Ajisen. i've been craving for it & yes, he was very nice to me. Bring me to eat whatever i wanted. (",) Then,we had Venezia ice cream. 3 scoops lo! Dark choco, Mango, Macademia! Eat until wan to vomit. haha. i remember when Yin was working there, she gave me 3 scoops for the price of 1. tat was 2 years back i guess & i never had any 3 scoops ice cream until yesterday!

Sun.had my game of badminton as usual & went a Jap restaurant @ Jurong West Recreation! shit thing, wen cong kena "summon"! again at that place! the last time was $30, today $6! just 15mins. i tink they pple really eyeing on every car. arghh... on friday he kena 1 also at our office downstairs cux he help them shift some things.. tat one was worse. only less than 10mins! furthermore GOOD FRIDAY no excuse. $30!!!!!! sian. we gonna APPEAL this!

i've finished 2 papers for my mock exams. hmm.. management accounting & financial reporting. guess i let james down. haix. din really study. i knew where the chapters the questions are asking. i know how to do if i got the notes with me. but well, these are all if i know these will come out. who can i blame but myself. well, tml is managerial econs & i'm nt prepared too. not really in e mood of studying. i'm so into shopping recently. and perhaps of the trip to KL i'm heading this sat.

it's been a long time since i last updated. always like e same few sentences tat i used. haha. well, chinese new year has passed, valentine' day over.. it's March already. 2 months of the year is over. what have i done? i felt that i havent been performing to my standard to my studies,my whole life, my business, my family & my love. ha. to be honest, i've been lazy. i'm the kind who work 3 days rest 4 days. this is no good. =( ok, today is 5th March. i'll be more hardworking.

i listen to an inspirational CD yesterday as i was feeling a bit loss. so happen to open my cupboard & found this disc on Mulitiplication By 10 times. after listening, somehow i know for everything i does, i just need to change a little, i can get a 10 times effect. haha. e.g. wake up 15minutes earlier, daze 5 minutes lesser etc. every little single bit can change your whole day in fact becuase u got more time to do more things.

perlims around the corner.nxt week in fact. mon-thurs. fri i'm helping mavis over insurance solutions. sat & sun off to KL. for now, everyday, i wake up watch TV, have my breakfast, hang clothes for my mummy & study frm 12-3.30pm. aft that i bathe & prepare to go for my appts. i feel i can manage time better bt i wish i could have more. once exams' over in June, i'm free. i love studying,now then i realise.it's good to enrich yourself & widen your knowledge. perhaps i'll take up some course in future. For now, i look forward to the corporate world perhaps in the field of financial industry.i really want to try it out to see my potential bt on e other hand, i'll still b managing my business & taking care of the 3 tutees i have. it'll be a busy time for me bt i cherish every single moment of what i do as life is fulfilling & i'm reaching closer to my dreams.

had a couple of celebrations for my birthday... =)

was chatting with Yin, Jun, Ling e other day den i come to think of a question.. what should a good girlfriend do? how should she treat her boyfrd? what can we do to maintain a long relationship?

i believe TRUST is a key aspect.. so ladies, do trust your men. show him the care & concern he needs. give him the support he wants. after a long day at work, what he needs is a lady who can listen to him & massage for him. not a nanny who nags at him. or being his "2nd-Mom". mayb sometimes whAt the men do may let us feel insecure bt do believe in the Law of Attraction! The more you fear, the more you attract the thing to you. Because the more u dont want him to betray you, the more you will do things to irritate him.

Ha, i'm still not fit to be a love expert. but over the few years, i learnt alot in relationships and in life. I grew up. I will love and cherish Wencong forever. We will continue to work towards our goals and give each other the best support we need.

we settle at Tapas at 10plus..opp wala wala. some red wine, some hoegarden, some stella artois, some fries & calamari. i love meetings like this. short bt fruitful. we chatted alot of things frm relationships to work to holidays. i'm happy that 3 of us are happily in love. bt time passes fast, we chatted till 1am. it's time to leave for home. we took a cab back as hw we did before since 3 of us stay near each other. $18.

dun look back to the past,the history if it hurts u.. not everything is the same as e one u met. Mr A is a guy, Mr B is a guy too.. that doesnt mean if u used to date Mr A & he hurts u, he assume every guy is the same. i guess even if Mr B is a super nice homemaker, u are left with no chance to have him too..

e.g. Miss A dated Mr A before & they broke off after 3 months when she knew Mr A cheated her. Her friend, Miss B, knew about it & when Mr B wooed her, Miss A told her, all guys are the same.. dun be deceived by them. She believed & there, the 2 of them stayed single, unwilling to trust guys anymore..

this is the reason y different pple have different fate. some are born rich & lucky, some are not. some are not born rich bt they have this fate to get in touch with better things & better pple.

finally aft 3.5mths of holidays, school started yesterday.. was quite a boring class cux the whole lesson e lecturer was talking bout himself e outline of e module bt no contents taught..

actually at this time now, i was supposed to attend another lecture, financial reporting, taught by e same lecturer bt i overslept so i din attend.. mayb go during e break..

been busy over the past few wks cux alot of programs & appts.. well, 2wks ago, i passed my facial exam! yea,i'm now available to do facials for people.

the 1st time
done the 1st for Joey's frd,WeiLong. tt was a mini one,with blackheads removed without pain & some cleansing.This guy was afraid of pain bt he was so surprised tt i've helped him to remove those dirty blackheads sticking on his nose without any pain. so,he's pleased & said he'll return for future facials by me. -i'm very happy too cux it's e sense of satisfaction tt u get when u see e dirts coming out from his face.-

the 2nd time
done the 2nd time, a full facial for Hans yesterday. full session bout 1h 30mins. The massaging, the cleasnsing, the hydrating.. it's reali a joy to do facial for people. i duno hw to describe e feeling bt perhaps when u do it, u'll know.

Now,i'm so excited looking forward to the appointment which is on this Wed evening.. another on next Sunday. as classes have started, my schedule will be more tight. -sigh-

yea..i'm at ah soon's place blogging nw.. the 2 idiots..1-wencong..playing winning 11 den the 2nd-ah soon playin some stupid pc game for hours..

went KTV at chevrons yest with cong,ah doh & his sis & sgt Ma.cong & i were quite late cux were held up by sumthing..ha.i dun like the systems dere..diff to use.bt nvm, sing together wif frds consider a happy get together..Yin,Kiat,Heng..i miss our KTV sessionS!

aft tt,we had supper @ Jurong west den headed to ah soon's place for Monopoly at 12.30am..it was a long game. Pei Hon was knocked out first den Me den ah doh..after which, the game persist on with Kc,JL,Ah Soon & Cong.. haha..onli at 5am den ah soon was knocked out then they ended e game.. i fell asleep at 4am cux too tired.. cant imagine played tis game for like hours till 5plus am..aft tt i went home had a bath & online to load pics.. so qioa kc oso online den chatted with him til 6.30am..den went to bed..

hey peeps..gotta blog again! well..exams are finally over with Corporate Finance ending on 25th May..well..kinda screw up for my Managerial econs paper.bt well, a frd of mine once share tis thing with me.. in everything u do, u got 2 choices.. so now,i have 2 choices. 1) carrying on worrying about hw badly i'll score. 2) look ahead to how i can do to enrich my life this 3 months of holidays. And of course, i chose 2!

and the most ultimate thing i'm gona blog abt is the Clean 9 prog i'll be starting on 27th May Sunday!i gain abit of weight during the exams period & i'm reali filled with toxins aft binging all the junk food..

This is my AIM & GOAL & MOTIVATION..

to many guys, Selina is their dream girl..i din reali like her e last time bt recently, i find tt she's very attractive. I'm going to start my Clean 9 program (detox,weight mgt prog) aft my exams.. for those who are reading my blog, it may seem ridiculous to u or may think i'm daydreaming..bt someone once told me,if u want to achieve something, u gotta set ur goal & announce to everyone so u can achieve..i was told it'll be a greater effect if i could cut off her face & paste mine..bt i wud rather remain as this..haha..yes, i remembered Selina used to have some fats bt she managed to lose 5kg!

i'm nt saying i wan to change to be a hot babe like her..haha.appearance cant change!bt perhaps, her weight loss contributes to my determinaton to lose weight..& ya,though wencong dun mind, bt it's the more i wan to lose cux he's like not fat. i look so chubby without camera edits..

in this 9 days, i dont pin for much.. so long i can stay healthy & lose 3-4kg, i'm happy..e last time i did,i lost 2-3kg..so this time.. shall see!

must be missing me rite? well, MIA for bout 2 mths finally settling down to blog today..hmm..life's great.. fully packed with activities.. let me recall..

work for a laptop roadshow in Spore Poly bout 2 wks ago.. helped out in the office before tt like design the posters etc. well, time flies past fast..i remembered when i first join Insurance Solutions, i jus finished my exams in Ngee Ann..Shi Yin recommended me in & tt time i was posted to Republic Poly to work.. aft tt short roadshow,on & off i went back to office to help out in the Computershield Dept, Corporate Dept, Motor Dept.. i learnt alot of things frm there.. somehow,i started to feel like a grown up! haha.. perhaps frm work, u get to handle things e.g. Complaints esp frm parents.. sometimes i wonder if they are in e service line cux some of them are jus too unreasonable..hmm..bt ok, this is life.. if i din experience such cases, hw will i have learnt so much..haha!

yep,also got to get close to this lady named Jocelyn.. ok la, maybe i always make fun of her bt she's serious @ work...i used to be very scared of her & she gives me "invisible" stress @ work. HAHA..aft work, it's another story. fun-loving hur? she's a good frd who listens.hmm..mayb she's older tatz y wiser! haha.. she's a fan of my blog too.. before we went for the Chinese New Year break, we went for a KTV session with 2 other colleagues..yea, i love KTV more & more..

thinking back, i used to b shy & inferior..nw i'm more thick-skinned. It was also Shi Yin who gave me the courage to hold e mic. though i'm nt good at singing bt at least NOW, i dare to sing in frm of my frds & colleagues. Yeah! Thanks Yin!

Celebrated Ling's bday sometime ago..went for Chen Yie's bday party sometime ago.. this year, there's more parties to go! oh! met up with Zhi Qiang they all cux Yong Chang came back frm Perth for a wk.. jus e 5 of us, pri sch mates, as wat YC expected.. we had dinner at Billy Bombers & it's great to know tt all of us r doing well. i shd say Zhi Qiang is reali a true friend.hmm, someone who's steady in organising gatherings & nv leave u in the lurch if anythin happens.& ya, he believes in you!well,i nv had e intention to harm anyone too. =)

Lastly, jus watch a midnight show recently. it's 200 pounds Beauty! Nice movie..isit tt slim gers will always win the hearts of the guys they like?hmm..though surgery is nt recommedable bt i suppose some gers will wan to go for a try to mk themselves prettier.

yep..it's been a while since i last blogged!hmm, busy with studies & work & dates..haha.. plus my internet connection always down..duno why..paid so much to singtel bt yet always having lots of problem..e.g. getting disconnected out of sudden when i'm using wireless connection.. weird rite?

yup,it's been a week aft my bday & i wud like to pin down my thoughts.. let's evaluate..

My actual birthday falls on the 9th, i held a party on the 6th @ my place.. order buffet catering frm Kim's Kitchen.e birthday cake frm Amara Hotel, was a gift frm my bro & his gf, Charlotte. The deco & balloons done up by Wen Cong & Me.. tt day was filled with activities..

went to buy those deco in the afternoon & wanted to get some chairs & my mom predicted tt we may nt haf enuf.bt who knows, we cudnt find any.nevertheless, i called Kim's Kitchen to add another 10! Problem solved! Went to do my hair..it costs $10 for tt change.ha.. gt discount la. Cong helped me to buy 2 cartons of packet drinks. We headed home as it was 5plus.

The buffet caterer came over to set up while i got changed & dolled up myself..oh mine! I prayed tt e day wud be a jovial one.haha. My 1st surprise: My 1st guest was Peh Yong Chang.. my pri sch frd..he was actuali flying over to Australia soon & he actuali told me he couldnt turn up for my party.bt he came! i was glad.

As the clock ticks, more & more of my friends came over.. Poly mates, sec sch mates, pri sch mates.. colleagues frm m1, cong's family & frds, my students' family.. I was quite busy serving frds ard & intereacting..luckily i ate some food b4 hand.. 2nd surprise: my 10 sisters grp.. 8 of us were there! we even set a date for our CNY reunion dinner @Jas's place. So happy we r finali reunited! 3rd surprise: cong's family "give me face".. whole family turned up including his parents, the twin sisters & e younger sis.

When it was cake cutting session, my student's dad helped me to get everyone to sing bday song..it was so sweet & i defnitely enjoyed myself throughout the day. Evryone was participative & i felt so loved. I had many presents & e no of pple who turned up for my party was: 55! nt as big as what my sis held 2 years back bt it was defnitely the best birthday party i ever had.

To Cong: I appreciate all you have done for me e.g. driving me around to get those stuff, helping me to facilitate this party & entertaining my friends & your family. Thank You So Much!

hmm,i was fine all these days & was deploy to work for roadshow @IMM for m1 fot this whole week.yest, when i came back, i jus ate a waffle & some tang yuan & a pc of chocolate. at bout 11 plus,i had a terrible stomachache. perhaps i shd say gastric pain. it was so unbearable tt i cried.

i felt so scared.cux i had such incidents occuring to me the last yr & such things relapse over a few times.my parents drove me to the 24hrs clinic @ gombak to see the doc. the doc was ok, diagnosed & asked me if i had irregular meals recently.& my answer was "yes." for the past few wks,mayb cux i wan to lose weight den exercise very often & had lesser food. see, nao chu shi lai le.he said mayb due to stress also.

i was still in a bad pain tt i told e doc to give me a jab.when i reach home, as i was eating my medicine, i vomitted.the feeling was so terrible.i felt half-dead & went to sleep..

today,woke up @ 10.45am when i was supposed to work @11.30am.took a cab $3.30 onli so still ok la.ha.things were good, some big shot frm m1 came down & she was damn impressed by my service. ha!My marketing manager told me bout it & tell me to work harder tml cux tml's CEO coming down.woah!

eneded work @5.30pm den went to m1 HQ for meeting till 8pm.. silly boi waited outside m1 HQ for 45mins w/o telling me till i ended. We headed to Bt Timah for dinner den i came home to rest & blog.

Tml's another day @ work..please, can the sales be better?so bored cux more staff than customers.haha.

had my weekly-affair breakfast with Pei Chen & Shi Yin today..den in the afternoon Ling came over to my place.. k la, she surf the Net while i do my homework..yest i was reading some cooking recipes cux suddenly tout of trying new dishes.ha.Ling also interested & jot down some recipes..den we also discussed bout some dishes..looks like we r moving towards the "Auntie" side..haha.

These two are my tuition kids.. well, the girl p6 liao..i taught her since she was P3..the boi, her brother, P1..very notti & playful.. though they are not very smart kids bt i do enjoy spending time with them. haha. we even chatted on MSN.. amazed? when i was in p1, there wasnt even MSN! haha.

Well, just few unlucky things happened recently.. got a very bad sore throat on Fri..had no voice on Saturday & went to see doctor.. yea,spent $25 on the medicine..he wanted to give me MC bt i cant.cux i cant inform Ivan at such a late time that i cant work.

aft seeing doc, went shopping at Bugis with Yu Tang & bought a pair of sandals & a top & earrings! aft tt was Kiat's Bday celebratn!

Yesterday,i twisted my ankle while walking out of the toilet.. sounds stupid right? my foot was numb & i din balance myself..yea,spent another $20 to get it bandaged.. bt it was reali pain..nw cooping at home..suppose to b gg shoppin with Yin @ Vivo City..but my elephant foot!

Now, i'm thinking how am i going to climb up the stairs & the overhead bridge tml.. cux i need to walk up the overhead bridge to reach school..might have to take the cab..*spent money again!*
